Overview
Blood tests are an essential component of diagnosis, monitoring and long-term condition management within Primary Care. Clinicians are increasingly required to interpret results accurately, recognise abnormal patterns, and understand when further investigation or escalation is required.
BBO Training provides practical education designed to support Primary Care clinicians in developing confidence when reviewing and interpreting common blood test results. The training focuses on linking laboratory results to underlying physiology, chronic disease management and safe prescribing.
Teaching emphasises clinical context, helping clinicians move beyond recognising abnormal values to understanding their significance and appropriate next steps.
